Acceptance

k5e is in its soft launch. These terms apply to the k5e.live marketing site and to the k5e Cue (host) and k5e Spot (singer) applications. By using any of them you agree to these terms.

Use of the service

Please provide accurate information when signing in and use k5e in good faith. Do not abuse, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service, and do not impersonate another person or organisation. During the soft launch we may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Your account and content

You are responsible for your account and the stage name and song requests you submit. Keep what you add lawful and respectful of others — hosts may remove requests at their discretion. You can delete your account at any time from Security & sign-in in the k5e Spot app; deletion removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Privacy

Authentication and most of your information is handled through the k5e Cue and k5e Spot applications. Information we collect through k5e, including via sign-in, is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
